2. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use ParkPeep for personal trip planning purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce or copy content without permission
- Use the service for commercial purposes without consent
- Attempt to bypass any security measures
- Share login credentials or accounts with others
- Scrape or extract data from the platform
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and are liable for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
4. Subscription and Payments
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime through your account settings
- Refunds are not provided for partial months
- Stripe processes all payments securely
5. Limitation of Liability
ParkPeep is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. This includes loss of data or service interruptions.
6. Disclaimer
We provide trip planning tools and recommendations but cannot guarantee park hours, attractions, pricing, or availability. Always verify information with official Disney sources. ParkPeep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Disney.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of all trip data and notes you create. By using ParkPeep, you grant us permission to store and process this data to provide our services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you can download your trip data before deletion.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of ParkPeep means you accept the updated terms.
